Login to the MyUMobile App and select “Settings” in the app menu.

International Roaming Activation
Tap the “Activate International Roaming” toggle to initiate the activation process.
Step 3
Confirmation SMS
Wait for an SMS confirmation regarding your International Roaming activation.
Step 4
Successful Roaming Activation
After a few seconds, refresh the app on the home screen, and you should see the toggle activated in “Settings“.

- For Family Share Plans, only the principal member can enable International Roaming for other members.
- Older plans require auto-debit to be enabled to activate International Roaming.
- Non-Malaysians must visit their nearest U Mobile Store to activate International Roaming.
